可申請退款或補寄的情況 When we will help
以下情況，請於付款後 7 天內電郵聯絡我們，並附上付款記錄：
In the following cases, please email us within 7 days of payment with your payment record:
1. 付款成功但 24 小時後仍未收到下載連結——我們將補寄；如無法交付，將全額退款。
Payment was successful but you have not received the download link after 24 hours — we will resend it, or give a full refund if we cannot deliver.
2. 檔案損壞或無法開啟——我們將補寄正確檔案。
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened — we will send a working copy.
3. 重複付款或金額錯誤——多付的款項將全數退還。
You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount — the overpaid amount will be refunded in full.
捐款 Donations
捐款屬自願性質，一般不設退款。如因操作錯誤而捐出錯誤金額，請於 7 天內聯絡我們處理。
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. If you donated an incorrect amount by mistake, contact us within 7 days.
退款方式 How refunds are made
經核實後，退款將於 7 至 14 個工作天內退回原付款方式。實際入賬時間視乎銀行或支付服務商而定。
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
