本網站 yokeimonoliterature.site 由 Persatuan Sahabat Sastera Mahua Malaysia（馬華文學之友）（社團註冊號碼 PPM-004-08-24072025，下稱「本會」）營運。使用本網站或購買本刊產品，即表示您同意以下條款。
This website, yokeimonoliterature.site, is operated by Persatuan Sahabat Sastera Mahua Malaysia (ROS Registration No. PPM-004-08-24072025, “we”, “us”). By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. 產品 Products
本會出售《零餘》文藝雜誌各期之電子版（PDF），每期售價為 RM18.00。本刊不設實體寄送。
We sell digital (PDF) issues of Yokeimono Literary Magazine at RM18.00 per issue. No physical goods are shipped.
2. 付款 Payment
所有價格以馬幣（RM）計算。線上付款由第三方支付服務商 Razorpay Curlec 處理，可使用 FPX 網上銀行、信用卡／扣帳卡或電子錢包等方式付款。本會不會儲存您的銀行卡資料。
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Online payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay Curlec, via FPX online banking, credit/debit cards or e-wallets. We do not store your card details.
3. 交付 Delivery
付款成功後，系統將自動在 PDF 上加入您的電郵水印，並即時把下載連結寄至您所提供的電郵地址。請確保電郵地址正確；如 24 小時內仍未收到，請檢查垃圾郵件匣或與我們聯絡。
Once payment is successful, the system automatically watermarks the PDF with your email address and immediately sends a download link to the email address you provided. Please make sure it is correct. If you have not received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.
4. 使用授權 Licence and Use
所購 PDF 僅供個人閱讀及學術引用，檔案將自動標示購買者電郵。未經許可，不得複製、轉售、轉發或公開上載。各篇作品版權歸原作者所有。
Each PDF is licensed for personal reading and academic citation only, and is marked with the buyer’s email address. You may not copy, resell, forward or publicly upload it without permission. Copyright in each work remains with its author.
5. 捐款 Donations
讀者可自由捐款支持本刊。本會尚未獲得內陸稅收局 44(6) 批准，故捐款不可扣稅。如需收據，請於捐款時註明或電郵聯絡我們。
Readers may make voluntary donations to support the magazine. We are not yet approved under Section 44(6) of the Income Tax Act, so donations are not tax-deductible. Receipts are available on request.
